We charge £3.00 for shipping. Delivery is free for orders over £20.

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days.


Should you be decide after purchase that you do not want all or part of your order, you can choose to cancel up to 14 days from receiving them. To cancel your order, please email [email protected] and let us know your order number and which item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a full refund for all items when we have received them back. All items returned must be in original, unsused, condition. However, in the event that you only return part of an order, if the part that you kept is below the £20 minimum spend to qualify for free delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery from the return.

If there is a problem with any of the products received, please do not hesitate to contact us on [email protected] and will we seek to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. If the problem is a manufacturing defect we will seek to replace or refund the item(s) as soon as we can. Due to the variable nature of candles, we may only be able to issue a replacement or refund once we have investigated the issue. If we ask for any items to be returned, we will cover the cost of return postage when you use the postage method we recommend.

General Returns Policy Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions ‘we’ and ‘us’ refer to CandleFresh. 

  1. Please contact us within 14 days to arrange the return and refund. 
  1. We will cover the cost of the product(s) returned and the original postage paid.
  2. In the event a product which has no defect is being returned, the customer will be responsible to cover the return postage cost. They will also be responsible for claiming any loss back from their courier should the items be lost or damaged in transit.
  3. In the case of orders qualifying for free delivery, if only part of the order is returned, should the remainder of the order come to less than the total spend required to qualify for free delivery, then we reserve the right to deduct the postage cost of the original delivery from the total refunded.
  4. In the event the product sold is defective either through a manufacturing issue or damage in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund. Should the items need to be returned, we will cover the cost of any return postage costs for the services we have advised you to use. Should you choose to use an alternative service we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, and we shall not reimburse any additional postage costs.
