General Returns Policy Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions ‘we’ and ‘us’ refer to CandleFresh. 

  1. Please contact us within 14 days to arrange the return and refund. 
  1. We will cover the cost of the product(s) returned and the original postage. 
  1. In the case of orders qualifying for free delivery, if only part of the order is returned then we reserve the right to deduct the postage cost of the original delivery from the total refunded. 

Lifetime Guarantee Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions ‘we’ and ‘us’ refer to CandleFresh. 

  1. Only the original purchaser of the product is entitled to claim under the Lifetime Guarantee. 
  1. The customer is required to provide any information that we ask for in regards to the reasons behind their wish to make a claim. 
  1. Return postal charges will be covered but only if returned using the postal service we advise. 
  1. If the customer chooses to use an alternative postal service to that advised then we will not be liable in the event that the item is not received. If the product arrives to us safely we will only pay the postage charge for the recommended postal service. 
  1. We reserve the right to act under our discretion and refuse if we feel the policy is being abused.
  1. We reserve the right to remove the Lifetime Guarantee at any time.
